...to your pillow? .

.Example: Dear Pillow, I am sorry that I screamed at my wife, and was unfair to my sister. Please help me be nicer to my wife tomorrow, and help me to seek harmony all day tomorrow.
Dear Leo, good apparent logic. However, it would be different each night, each day we make a variety of mistakes. Well, sometimes we make the same mistakes over and over. But basically I am proffering that recalling our day each night and trying to improve or personalities might help us to become better people.
Dear Naick, I just meant it as an example. I did not mean to convey that I screamed at my wife on a regular and recurring basis. --- lol
