Would you be upset if your spouse suddenly started clearing the computer

history after each use? I noticed last month and today that my husband cleared the history/cookies off the computer after his use. I confronted him and told him this is not acceptable and to never do this on our shared computer. Well he responded, "did you buy this computer or anything in this house?" Until you start buying stuff or paying bills you should pick and choose your battles! This computer mess isn't worth bringing up. so let that go."

Needless to say I AM LIVID. Was I overreacting? What would be your thoughts if your spouse did this? I really need input on how you would handle this if your spouse had that reaction and made those statements. Thank you

The issue is more than the computer----his attitude reflected in his response--tells me he does not appreciate you; --"did you buy this computer or anything in this house?" Until you start buying stuff or paying bills you should pick and choose your battles!"

Maybe he ought to do his own laundry, cooking and cleaning.

RE: clearing off the history off the computer---if it makes you uncomfortable---then he should honor that request---if there is no underlying issue---(i.e searching porn)...then he should have no reason to honor the request.

my ex husband started doing this while i was pregnant; he was indeed covering up his cheating. thankfully i'm more computer savy than him and was able to recover proof of this, which i'm now taking to court.
