to tech professionals? A place where Tech Professionals can share what motivates them as well as vent their frustration on what doesn't. And a place where IT Managers can gain valuable insight by listening to what they have to say.

I have not found many resources dedicated to this subject and feel it would be a great resource for IT Managers.
 
Sounds like a good idea although it would have be promoted right. There are a lot tech discussion boards that fulfill that function at the moment.
