Would you be able to use the Blackberry Torch 9800 on a Fido network if

purchased from another network? If I were to purchase the Blackberry Torch 9800 from Rogers or Telus with no contract, can I place a Fido contract on it and use it without any problems? If so, how can I unlock it? Thank you very much for answering!
