I admit that I am a regular at some strip joints and have become acquainted with some of the dancers. Some of these girls traveled away from home and dance to support themselves through school (they make a killing through tips).
Majority of them are 18-20 and some told me that they would never tell their folks back home what they are doing, all they know is that they are "waitressing".
I understand for moral reasons people will be opposed to this but safety is also another concern in that you don't know what kind of people you are going to come across at these joints, and who will want to follow you.
Would you support your daughter (who is an adult) to strip for money?
