I'm on a contract with Vodafone, but my phone has just broken. It was on a two-year contract and I've only had it for over a year (since December 2009).
My phone was NOT broken on purpose - OR dropped and broke. It just went dead (as normal) and now it will only get to the opening screen when I turn it on and then crash.
Would Vodafone let me exchange my broken phone for a new one? Even though the contract hasn't finished?
