Back in August of '09 I purchased a new Lg EnV Touch. $200 it was my upgrade. So far, i've gone through 4 of them, and i'm extremely sick of the crap excuses they give me "It needs a software." It shuts off all of the time. Every single one i've had. Also, it goes back to default settings, too. I've been with Verizon for years. This is ridiculous. If I called into the Customer Service complaining, could they give me a new different phone? Thank You.
