I was just thinking of some things I might be able to lose weight and gain muscle and this came into my head. If I were able to fasten some weights to myself (legs and arms etc) while I performed fitness activities, like going for a run or skipping would that assist me in getting some muscle strength and adding to the losing of poundage? Or is that more of an unhealthy thing or something that could cause wrong muscle development.
