Would this work at blockbuster?

Ok, so i recently broke my modern warfare 2 disk for my ps3. I was planning on renting modern warfare 2 at blockbuster, going to my car, and swapping the disks, then going back and telling them that the disk was broken and keep the good one..Would this work? please only answer if you know what your talking about
