Would this warrant getting out of my Bell contract?

I hate Bell with a fiery feckin passion. So I've done a lot of research and I think I have found a way out of my contract. Firstly in their wireless terms and conditions it states: "Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as obligating you to accept receipt of the Services after any change is made to this Agreement, the Services or otherwise; however, your sole remedy in the event of such a change shall be termination of the Services including the payment of any SAPA or DSAPA that may apply (unless otherwise prohibited by law), upon providing 30 days advance written notice." This is found under the Changes to This Agreement and Service Section (Section 23)

So reading this I understand that if they change anything about my contract I can cancel it free of charge within 30 days of the change. So yesterday I got my cell phone bill and it says at the top that roaming text message rates and US calling rates will be changing. So I go to the website it tells me and it says "Effective May 1, 2010:

All incoming and outgoing calls from the United States will be charged at a rate of $1.45/min.

Sent text messages while roaming will be charged at $0.75/message. "

So yesterday I called and the b!tch of a woman I talked to argued with me that nothing on my plan was changing and fed me all this bullcrap and even when I asked to be put through to a supervisor she just kept arguing with me until I hung up. So I essentially emailed them and just asked if my rate plan would be changing at all and they refuse to give me any answer unless I provide them with my account number and such which im convinced would just have a detailed description of the argument I had with this other woman about how I wanted out of my contract cuz they made a change to it.
