Hi, I am looking to change the terrain in which my tarantula has in the terrarium he is a mexican red knee and he is currently living in sand and i was going to change to peat moss. However most stores do not sell this substance anymore so I have brought this one from B&Q 'Multipurpose Compost' it says it is peat based on the back it says it is a mixture of peat and alternative sustainable ingredients.
If this is not okay to use, please state what else I can buy which is similar to peat moss and is also the same sort of price.
@ Bushwick how can you put a tarantula which you brought from a shop into the wild it will just get eaten because it wouldn't know what it was doing so I am trying to help it as much as i can so that it gets the most out of its life
