Would this in any way, hurt my case as a plaintiff in civil court?

my car was stolen Friday and recovered yesterday on Saturday. The girl that I knew took it was in the passenger seat and swore that it was somebody else that brought it to her that morning saying it belonged to their aunt. But anyway, we got the car back this morning and in the backseat there was a staff training hand book to a daycare called Kids R Kids. Now I am concerned with somebody taking care of someone elses children while commiting crimes, would it be something can ruin my case if I called that center and let them know that she took part of stealing my car on Friday, and they seriously need to rethink her being around children? I don't want to do it out of malice, but I wouldn't want someone like her around my child. She is on probation, does drugs (excstacy) and apparently steals cars. Mind you she was in my house and sat on the couch right where my keys are, so all evidence points to her.
She actually wasn't a friend of mine, she came with someone.

You have some lousy friends and acquaintances. Ditch anyone who does any sort of drugs, commits any sort of crimes or deceptions. If you are a decent, honest person, you only allow decent, honest people into your life.

Being on probation is a matter of record, so the daycare center must know she's already on probation. Apparently they don't care much about the caliber of people they hire.

However, I would still take the book back to them and say, "My car was stolen on Friday, and when the police recovered it and returned it to me, this book was in my car. I believe it belongs to your center." Do not mention names, she has not been convicted of stealing your car yet. Limit your words to the exact quote above, hand over the book and walk out. Do not be drawn into any conversation since if you say the wrong thing, it becomes your problem. Only return the center's property to the center.

If the director has a half a brain and an ounce of concern for the children, the director will be all over this case.
