Would this idea for an Arcade Business Work?

I want to open an arcade business in my town. There is currently nowhere for kids to hang out except for a mall about 5 miles away. Since im only 20 and dont have too much capital yet, i would start small with cheaper games such as pacman, donkey kong, (all the classics) and i will have air hockey, foosball and ping pong tables. There is an elementary, middle, and high school all within a mile or two. An ihop, hip tex mex, italian ice, publix, pizza hut, and china hut are all in the same plaza of my desired location. At the mall there is no such place similar to an arcade, not even within about 20-30 miles.

All arcade games would cost a quarter to play, air hockey tables would cost a dollar, ping pong and foosball would cast $2 every 10 minutes or so.

Every week i would pick out a specific arcade game and offer whoever has the highest score by the end of the week wins a prize(ipod nano, xbox game, etc.).

Every month i would hold an air hockey tournament, foosball, or ping pong tournament. $10 to enter. 80% of entry fees goes to the Prize, 20% to my business. Also there would be a custom bright graphic shirt with my arcade name on it for the winner.

Random days of the week would be free air hockey night, foosball night, etc.

This is just a rough plan of some of the ideas i have. I know poeple will say "arcades are dying due to ps3 blah blah", but this offers a hang out spot for kids to meet up, win prizes, and compete. The urge to practice for each competition will keep kids coming back

I would later plan to expand with simulation games and ticket redemption games, but currently those are way out of my budget

Any critique would be great!
