I'm 15, currently in between 97 and 98 pounds, 5 feet, I run 2 miles maybe 3 or 4 times a week w/ ab workouts and leg workouts I do everyday.
So about 3 days ago, I began to cut down my meals from 400 calories + snacks to maybe 200 calories. I was about to break 100 pounds when I weighed myself a week ago and now I've lost 2 or 3 pounds. I drink a lot of green tea and my meals are usually fruits and vegetables, sometimes grains because I'm a vegan. In a few weeks maybe, will I be able to lose a few pounds without severely damaging my metabolism?
I want to lose a little because I'm not very comfortable with myself.
