I am a swimmer and I want to lose five pounds in a week. (I am 5"7 and 130 pounds.) So, I have a little chunk on me. (Mostly around the tummy area.) I want to lose this chunk in a week because there's something important coming up. So I was wondering... if I go on Slim Fast and swim... will this work? (Only for a week.)
