Would this exercise routine work?

If I run in the woods behind my house for fifteen to twenty minutes a day. After wards doing 25 jumping jacks then "strength training".
Doing this 3-6 days a week, will this help me any? Also I will be changing the direction I go in the woods for a change up of the hills. I will more than likely follow the strength training by something fun such as wii fit, my trampoline, shooting hoops, or even skip some days and bike a few miles.

My training would go;
For legs:
15 step ups on each leg onto a stool about 2 1/2 feet high
15 lunges on each leg
For abs:
25 crunches
25 bicycles each
25 "touch your toes"
25 "ball ups"
For arms:
15 pushups
For butt:
25 leg raises each

BTW ; I'm fourteen years young, 130 pounds and about 5'7. Active in sports (basketball, track, softball..) My track season just ended.

ALL ADVICE AND EXERCISE/DIET PLAN ARE ACCEPTED AND APPRECIATED!
