I want to drop four dresses sizes in four months so that at my end of school ball I don't look awful. I'm thinking about this:
Breakfast: Toast
Lunch: Sandwich/Tuna Pasta/Salad
Dinner: Whatever my parents cook but small portion
Snacks: Apples
I also want to follow an exercise video three times a week, play on the Wii and walk the dog. The weekends would be my days off exercise as I stand for 10 hours at the weekend.
Would this work?
