I'm fifteen years old and 5 feet and 2-3 inches tall. I weigh 125 pounds (maybe a little more or less, but only by a pound or two--I don't know).
Tomorrow I plan to eat an English muffin (whole grain & 100 calories) for breakfast with cream cheese, and in the end that would be a total of 145 calories in all. Then I'll probably end up eating something about 200 calories for lunch (because lunch at my school sucks). I'll eat a baked potatoe & a small portion of macaroni and cheese for dinner. I'll probably have a snack in between that, and then I'm going to walk for an hour & do 100 crunches.
If I did this every day (which I don't plan to) would I lose weight? I don't really want to currently because I'm fine with my body, but I'm just curious because during the winter months I tend to gain 10 pounds, and I don't want to this year.
I also have a question about the Gazelle Exercise Machine--did it help you, if you've used it? My uncle gave us one because he never used it. My mom says it doesn't look like it would be very effective, and I agree, but she says at least you're moving.
