I am rescuing kittens and i a, wanting to wright out contracts for the adopters to sign for when i give them the cat. I am going to wright on there that if they no longer want him to give him back to us. Would it be legal if myself the adopter and just a witness signed it? would it hold up in court?
Would this count as being legal?
