Its like an internet cafe. Free Wi-Fi in the store. You can order coffee, and random food items. In the back there is what I would call "VIP Rooms" Where people can bring in their gaming system with and be able to play games offline and online. Also by renting out the room you have the luxury of checking out the stores video games.
Now would this be successfull in a small town? Of like 3,000 people. With todays youth all into video games, I think it might work. It could be a daily hangout for kids over the age of 16. Under 16 will require a parent.
My idea orginated cause there isn't much to do around town. Many people don't have the luxury of highspeed internet and can't afford to have one.
I also plan to appeal to the youth for the VIP rooms. However it can be used for many other things like watching television like sport games, etc for the adults. The man lobby area would require all music to have a headphone and talk kept to a normal level. I hope to create a hangout for Teens but yet still have the adult level appearances.
