in advance, im on my sisters account,(our whole family shares this account usually) well anyways, I want to propose to my boyfriend, should I wait for him to propose to be, or should I just do it. and if I do it, how would i Go about doing it, like do i just by my ring, and then when i propose if he says yes, have him put it on me or what, and where should I do it, hes not a big sports fan(but i am) so probably not at any games
