would this be ok to temporarily put my fan tailed gold fish?

ok i would use this http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=9875060 to put them in when they got to big for their bowl for temporary till iget enough money to get them an aquarium but they are only an inch right now i will try my hardest to get them an aquarium so do not give me all the crap about i am a horrible pet owmer and i do not deserve fish and blah blah blah
they are fan tailed goldfish and i would keep the lid off but i can not currentlyput them in the bin they need to be a little bit bigger and also why at the store can they keep like 30 of them in like 2o gallons
