Would this be creepy or even stalkerish?

I was looking for this girl on facebook, she's in my summer school. However, we have literally never talked, only eye contact. Anyhow I found out that she has 8 mutual friends but I'm debating on whether to add her or not....

your advice?
 
Introduce yourself in class and create a conversation. Then add her that night and talk to her on chat or through a message. Never just add someone without atleast talking to them. :)
 
Hmmm well im my opion i think its normal:) cus its not like you are a complet stranger that she has never seen befor or that like you live in another country!
