I have a website and I want to add some features:
1) The Users have online money in there account. Then they can convert the money to points (1:1). Then wager points with another user online and play a game. The winner of the game gets all the points and then can convert points back to the online money. Then cash out the online money to paypal. Any legal trouble here? Online gambling, age restrictions, etc.
2) The users on my site can take the online money they have in there account. Convert it to points (1:1) and then they can buy online tickets for 1 point each. Each ticket will be in a drawing 2 winners will recieve 40% of the money I recieved from the tickets each. I will keep the remaining 20. Any legal trouble here, lottery laws, age restrictions.
