Would this be a great Career Path? Considering the Military Option....?

I am 18 years old. My name is Clayton.

I thought about going into a Military Academy when I graduate from High School and then studying Mechanical Engineering. The Academy would give me a bachelors degree in that field and then I could pursue an MBA (Masters of Business Administration) for my Masters. After I graduate, I would serve in the Military for a few years. (I wouldn't mind serving in the military at all). I could also work for the Military designing and building Naval Equipment

After I get out of the military, what would be the career prospects for me? What are the job prospects of an Engineer with an MBA and Military work Experience? And what is the salary range for someone who pursues this path?
