Would this be a good workout/diet plan for the school year?

I need to lose weight real bad and I was wondering if this diet plan is okay. Im in band so I have to stay after school until 4pm. I rest for about 30 minutes to an hour and start on my homework or study. Since its my junor year I need to study for my AP classes and S.A.T. so I have a rough schedule where its hard for me to put in 30min-1 hour workouts. Will I still be able to lose some weight if I workout for about 10-15min consisting of jump rope and a jog? Also I really need some tips on what little healthy snacks I should eat. Thanks for the help. Hope this plan works!
