I was hurt at work only been working for too week for the temp service at a factory they had me go under neeth a machine gave me somebody els lock out key in was not train at all but was only told to get under neeth to grind underneeth it to clean it but end up laying in there the wrong way hurting my back in shoulder i went to the doctor they gave medice in they put a swinger on my arm in gave me 3 days off but now i cant go back to work bc they doing investigation do this sound like a good law suit in how much u think i can sue for its a big company.Also to make along story short i only get paid 8.25 in hour for temp the people who do that kind of work make 16.50 in hour the only thing i suppose to do is load in on load.
would this be a good law suit that can probably change my life?
