Would they notice or does it not matter (Art Portfolio)?

I'm applying to Colleges in Ontario Canada. I know the requirements for each portfolio, I don't if I should email this question to the school because this sounds very stupid to ask xD But would schools care if you send the same (not all of course) artwork to another school your applying to? This would save me on time, because I'm running out of it!
