...pregnant as women? Seriously - I suspect if the pregnant member of the relationship could go either way, there'd be a LOT less sex. Not only that, but I'd also bet pickles & ice cream would be on every menu, and day care would be an assumed benefit.
Not only that, but I also bet pain medication would have been invented LONG before it was in -this- world. Men can't handle pain nearly so well, the concept of natural childbirth via a midwife would probably be blasphemy to us. ;-)
