...parent know the child? is taken out of state?? We are unable to find our copy of the divorce decree. The child goes to Alaska to see mother (non-custodial), she doesn't let father (custodial) know they are going to Utah until AFTER they arrive, yet he still finds out from the child. The mother states she doesn't have to let him know shes taking their child out of state. I say she's in contempt. Does anyone know from experience or have links that will prove this theory?? She's not moving she's just on a vacation withchild that father didn't know about. The divorce was filed in AZ
