I am thinking of running 5 times a week. So Monday-Friday. Then Weekend i can go out for a walk or do a FUN workout from youtube. Does that sound good i am trying to lose weight. Also Monday thru Friday I would be out at 6am for an hour doing my work out that i just mentioned. Then on Saturday and Sunday Cut it down to 30-40 minutes not intense workout but fun workout. Is that good? I might end up of course resting one day but will be walking at least for an hour. Any tips? I would appreciate
