would i experience more back pain and neck pain? also from what i know, weights on weighted vest are on the front but backpacks with weights are on your back. what would be better and more efficient? im still deciding if i should buy a weight vest or just use a backpack with weights. i plan on doing sprints, jumps, calf raises, weighted pushups, etc. all i know is that if you do weighted pushups with a vest, you're pushing down on the ground but if you use a backpack, you're pulling down and pushing up
