ok so i weigh 175 and im 5ft 10in i was wondering if I biked everyday for 45 minutes and did 50 push ups everyday would I lose body fat and gain muscle?
Yes. A good supplement is L-carnitin (get in health store/chemist) 1 hour before you bike. Then an hour after your push up, drink protein drink and eat your next meal with smallest serve of carbs and heaps of protein
