Would opening a snooker club be a viable business in Northern Ireland?

I live in Northern Ireland and in my locality thre are no snooker clubs. I wondered what anyone's thoughts of opening one would be as a business. This is a basic posting and I am not sure of number of tables, charges per hour,membership or not and what associated add ons could be accommodated i.e. pool tables, gaming machines, bar, etc. Anyone any thoughts on turnover of similar ventures in the UK would be greatly appreciated
