I sleep at around 11 or 11:30 in the evening and wake up at around 7 or 8 a.m. the next day. When I wake up, I eat. Then after a while I jump rope and do hula hoop which makes me sweat. After a while I freshen up. I get sleepy so I sleep again. Then I wake up and eat. Then the same cycle goes on. Will this cause me to gain weight? I really want to lose weight this summer. Any help?
I'm trying to observe a low carbohydrate diet.
I eat mostly lean meat and I avoid carbs since I sleep often and I am afraid of gaining weight because of it. Is it okay?
