Would my boyfriend go to jail?

Okay so I'm 17 and live in Georgia. My boyfriend is 19 (two years and three months older) my mom hates him. Could she have him arrested for getting me pregnant? I really need to know.. I'm really scared and don't know if she would but want to make sure if she could or not. I don't want to raise a baby on my own. If someone could please help me it would really help me a lot. No, I believe the age of consent for sex is 16, so your boyfriend didn't break any laws.

No, he will not go to jail, you are old enough to give concent for yourself, and that is all that you need. For the pregnancy issue, have the baby, be a good parent, try and stick it out with the guy and maybe some day you will look back and talk about this issue as if it was no big deal...
