Would my board of ed evaluation sheet keep me from getting another position

if it has even 1 poor comment? I'm a man working in a lunchroom at this elementary school. I want to move up and do something else. My evaluation sheet looks good but it has one part where it says COMMENTS/REMARKS, it has:

We are here for the sake for our children. We should all participate in keeping the children safe.

What happened was: I was in the hallway, pushing the food cart to the lunchroom. There was a little boy running. He was a pre schooler. The teacher told me to get him and I told her that I was busy. About 1 week later, the principal confronted me and told me what the teacher said. The principal was telling me that we should all pitch in and grab a running child, no matter if we're their teacher or not. The whole school staff has to cooperate and work together.

I didnt know that until she told me. I wou
--would have caught him if I knew I had to.

I'm still employed at the school so I'm good, but I'm worried that one innocent mistake might keep me from moving up. Can it keep me from getting another position?
