Briefs don't work - There is so much skin that it can't all fit inside. Boxers are too loose.
Boxer Briefs don't work either. Any sudden movement, my balls automatically bounce, no matter what.
Thongs and jock Straps - the front has basically the same shape as briefs, so they don't work either
It's uncomfortable and driving me crazy
Would this be considered a medical condition that Medicare (which I have) Would cover?
