Would like to know how to change sensitivity on Panasonic Lumix FS15?

I have the Panasonic Lumix DMC FS15 and the option to change the ISO isnt enabled. When I use the normal scene mode the Sensitivity option in the menu is there however I cannot select it. I can only use the Intelligent ISO option to change the ISO and this has limited range of ISO settings.
I have looked in the manual and that doesn't seem to help me!
