In order to make this a legal question, I would like to know more on how Nascar Officals get ther credentials??? Are there any special schools ot training??
Secondly..I have been targeted as a "troll" and would like to know why..I get reported and deleted for unknown reasons...I have been a Nascar Fan for over 30 years and thought this was an impartial forum and for Fans to ask and get information and actually have fun with other Nascar Fans....so go ahead and report this question also....I have had enough..Thanks for the TRUE FANS responses I have received and I will be seeing you later.....so Kiddies have some fun now

btw: yes I have reported 2 since joining this forum and the reason was as follows:
gay bashing and vulgar language; my kids and grandkids read and ask questions in here and do not need these type of rude and crude comments!
