Would it sound stupid for someone with less than 3.5 GPA to go to medical school?
I have heard so many people saying that a GPA over 3.5 is a MUST to get into a med school. I'm currently a Junior in college with 3.71 GPA. (I'm a junior but since I declared my major at Sophomore, I'm pretty much a sophomore)
Anyways, I know that when I ask this question, a lot of people are going to say that getting a high grade on MCAT will grant me a spot in a good med school. But the truth is, I don't know how i will do on MCAT. And also, as the classes are getting harder and harder, I don't know if I would have the strength to keep this kind of GPA. (My GPA after the first semester of Freshmen year was 4.0, and it has been DROPPING ever since)
Well, with all those things mentioned, Does it sound stupid when someone with less than 3.5 GPA and a moderate MCAT score to be a doctor? Or something that makes lots of money?
