I'm a (soon to be) 2 semester university student working toward a BS in Wildlife and Fisheries. I'm considering taking a course in Animal Science because I'm debating about trying to try to get into Vet school after graduation, but that's fairly unlikely (that I'd make that career choice, not get in), and I was wondering if there's any benefit to taking a course in Animal Science for someone who's interested in primarily non-domesticated animals.
if I got a vet degree I'm want to work with exotic and/or marine animals (probably mammals).
