Bad idea!! Absolutely positively do not incur that kind of massive ridiculous debt!!! Spend a lot of time behind the lens and learn photography through some type of on the job training. Perhaps persue a reasonably priced fine arts degree and work/learn photography on your own if you are passionate about it. With photography a picture sells a sheepskin does not!
