would it be posible to use a micro sim card in another phone besides the iphone 4?

I got an iphone 4 and i drop like 3 calls a day so i would like to use another phone for a bit so i could tell if it is the network or the phone itself im beginning to think its the phone but i know that the ip4 uses a micro sim and anything else would use a normal size sim card so would it be even possible to do it
