Someone who knows my cell phone number has been spamming my cell phone with text messages. I want to pay him back and I think I know who this person is. Would it be illegal to text the entire moby dick novel from my email on computer to his cell phone? I feel like this is a genius idea because it would be free for me and he would have a very high phone bill because of the tons of messages that he will get. Each message will be broken down to 125 words or so. Is this illegal?
Also, how long would it take for him to start getting all the messages? Also, once it gets to his cell phone will his phone vibrate like a vibrator because he's getting all the messages?
