Would it be funny to turn a building into a fake bank, leave the door wide open, the lights off, and a bag of money just inside the door, and film people as they walk by to see what they would do? Step in and take the bag or just walk by looking confused? Like Candid Camera? Or would you arrest every person for bank robbery if this was done as a TV stunt?
