Okay, I know the preliminary question above does sound stupid but hear me out. My '01 Lincoln Continental has 90k miles on it, everything works fine and runs great. I just put brand new tires, rims, brakes, rotors, and a battery in it. It's starting to get rust on the wheel wells as well as the front passenger door. Also, the underbody of this car is terribly rusty, like it worries me about how it will hold up in the future. Everything else is pretty A+ great. Now to the '94 Jaguar XJ12. It has 43k miles, yes they're original, I've checked the car out in person. The car itself looks great, absolutely no rust anywhere, even the underbody. All electronics seem to work as well. The Jag is also a v12 so I know gas isn't going to be too good with it, but the 13mpg city isn't too much worse than my already 14.2 that the lincoln gets. The jag also has a broken rear door handle but it would be an easy fix. The tires on it probably have about 30-40% tread left. I also checked into parts. It really looked like it depended on the part, some parts were more expensive for the jag and some were more for the lincoln. There were just less available for the jag. All-in-all the main thing that concerns me is the rust on my car. So if anyone knows more about jaguars or is a hardcore car buff, please give me some insight for this lengthy question.
Here's the specific jaguar (looks way better in-person):

I forgot to add that I have a hard-on for jaguars and have wanted one ever since I've been able to drive.
Here's a few pictures of the jaguar that I took when I saw it in person (much better quality than dealer pictures):
