I bought a pair of boots a few days ago from Kohl's. I really like them, and they seemed to fit very well in the store. After wearing them for a few hours the next day, I noticed they were uncomfortable on my feet because I have a high arch.
I put insoles in them, which I have to do something with other shoes, but it makes the boots a little bit too tight. (They have a zip on the side which won't zip all the way with insoles.)
I heard that Kohl's has a great return policy, but I wasn't sure since I've already worn them a little.
I just wanted some opinions before I go to the store myself to ask.
