Would I lose 15-20 pounds with this diet/exercise routine?

Breakfast-9:30:
Fruit smoothie (1 serving-1 1/2 cups) --all fresh fruit and low fat yogurt

Snack-11:30:
Apple, or banana

Lunch-1:30:
A salad, or a turkey sandwich on wheat, or something healthy and low in fat.

Snack-3:30:
Carrot sticks(7)--plain

Dinner-5:30:
Chicken breast and a serving of vegetables

----ONLY drink water-------

2 hours on treadmill- running-or-jogging -- 1mile/15min about 4 miles/day
also, I will do crunches, sit ups, push ups, and Im going to get weights also.
Jump rope- 2x a day 10 minutes each

I weight 133 now, and im 5'3-'4
If I stuck to this diet/exercise routine for 3 months would I lose 15-20 pounds, ---I will still stay on this diet, even after, IF i do lose this weight----
