Would I learn how to open a business by majoring in administration or management?

I am seiously confused to me management means they teach you how to manage an existng business. Administration seems that it focuses on more areas in business like accountng human resource. Which of theses two is the best option when it comes to learning how to be a successful entrepreneur taking in consideration the fact that I have no clue when I first enter college
